Welcome to one of Kathmandu's most unforgettable experiences.
Watch the 3 minute video to see what this tour is all about: https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18z7JJkXRz/
This isn't a tour that rushes from one attraction to the next. We take our time to understand Hinduism, Buddhism and everyday life in Nepal with one of our licensed local guides.
During this tour you'll experience:
• Pashupatinath Temple – Nepal's holiest Hindu temple
• The sacred Bagmati River cremation ghats
• Traditional Hindu funeral rituals (filmed respectfully)
• Everyday life while walking through Kathmandu
• Boudhanath Stupa – one of the world's largest Buddhist stupas
• A working Buddhist monastery
• A traditional Thangka painting workshop
Amazing Kathmandu Tours is a guide-run company, meaning the guides who lead your tour are the people who built our reputation.
No tourist traps.
No commission stops.
Just passionate licensed local guides.
