Partner Acro × Juggling Cross-Train Cleveland Nov 20-23rd Train, share, & play across disciplines in a collaborative, community-driven space.
This event is designed for both acrobatics & juggling practitioners, with a strong encouragement to cross-train & interact—but you’re welcome to focus on your primary discipline if you prefer!

Gym fees payment info TBA probably sliding scale $5-30 a day directly to Crooked River Circus
Expect a mix of:
Skill-sharing classes (all levels)
Open training space
Pre-hab / rehab/ stretching & conditioning sessions
Fire circle/ fire acro &fire spinning (first time welcome) + evening hangs
Late-night circus commune vibes
All classes will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced options; drills/pre-hab/re-hab will be all-level; and much of the schedule is intentionally flexible—participants are encouraged to share skills, jam, and co-create the experience.
Open Gym, do whatever you want runs at all times! No parts of the schedule are required.

Friday (Circus Colors ⚫️🎪, Juggling ish focus) – 2pm–11pm
2pm: Arrival sign waiver! + snacks/light lunch 🥗
4pm-5pm: Drills all levels 💪
5:30pm-7pm: Juggling classes 🤹
7pm: Dinner🥪
8:30pm / Pre-hab / Rehab🙆
Saturday (Denim 👖 day Acro 🤸♀️ ish Focus) – 11am–11pm
12:30pm: lunch
2pm-2:45pm Drills all levels 💪
3pm-4:30pm Acro classes
5pm: fire spinning and fire acro 🔥(weather dependent if warm will go later)
7pm: Dinner🌮
8pm Melting Pot Game will run the rest of the night 🥘
10pm-10:45pm Pre-hab/rehab🙆
Sunday ( Onesie/one piece outfit / one piece anime Day and combined focus @ Sokol) –
11am–8pm
8pm-2am @ Circus Commune
12:30pm lunch 🥪
2-2:45pm drills 💪
3pm make your own juggling balls 🤹
4pm-5:30pm Cross-train classes 🤸♂️🤹
6pm: Dinner 🍽️ 🥘

Monday –Sokol 2–7pm (ish)
2-3:30pm Gym cleaning 🧼 if you help jam after
3:30pm-7pm Bonus free hangover jam (must help clean!)
Maybe someone will organize morning warm-ups or open gym 10am-11am (reach out if interested)
At Sokol, after 11pm no acro/aerial/etc except therapeutics 1am Sokol is locked and alarm set no one may enter or exit (main gym quiet hours 1am - 10am, 4th floor quiet hours 10:30pm-8am)

Sokol lock-in option:
$50/night (Friday & Saturday)
Includes cots, showers, bring your own bedding, or confirm with sophy she has extras for you.

Large gymnasium with:
Hard floor + sprung floor
Aerial rigging points
Gymnastics equipment
workout/ gym equipment
Additional 4th floor:
Mats + rigging
Two separate rooms for classes or a quiet/sensory-friendly space
What to Bring
Water bottle
own cutlery if possible
Props (clubs, balls, yoga mats, belts etc.)
rehab tools
Sleeping gear (for housing, gym: sleeping bag/pillow/earplugs, eye mask, headphones, towel and check in with host)
Fire props and fire safe cloths (natural fibers, cotton/denim, and ideally warm but not baggy)

First floor / main gym ADA accessible
