About this Event
Celebrating the wins reminds us of how far we've come.
More than ever, it's important that we gather to recognize our support of and impact in the community. The Celebration of Human Services is a great way to connect with community leaders and other professionals while enjoying inspiring and uplifting presentations.
Join fellow volunteers, community leaders, and public officials on Friday, November 20, as we welcome this year's W.T. McCullough keynote speaker, The Honorable Marcia L. Fudge, a partner in Taft’s Public Affairs Strategies Group and serves as firmwide Chair of Public Policy, the 18th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), former U.S. representative for the 11th Congressional District of Ohio, and the first female and first African American mayor of Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
We will also celebrate the amazing contributions of a local nonprofit and five volunteers or employees by presenting them with two of our community awards: the Anisfield-Wolf Memorial Award for outstanding service by a community organization and the High 5 Award, which recognizes the invaluable contribution of volunteers and new-to-the-field employees working or serving in Cuyahoga County health and social service organizations.
Purchasing more than one ticket, need to be invoiced, or have a question? Send your request to Eboney Thornton at [email protected].
