Whether you’re heading out for dinner, getting some holiday shopping done, or simply enjoying a little time to yourself, we’ve got the kids covered!
Drop your kiddos off for an evening full of laughter, fun movement, and creative play while you take a well-deserved break.
We’ll spend the evening enjoying playful yoga, mindfulness games, fun activities, and a pizza party! No yoga experience needed, just come ready to move, laugh, and have fun.
It’s a great opportunity for kids to make new friends, explore yoga, and enjoy an evening of fun while parents take a well-deserved break.
Space is limited. Advance registration required.
What to Expect:
• Playful, engaging kids' yoga designed to build confidence, coordination, and body awareness.
• Mindfulness games & activities that encourage connection, movement, and teamwork.
• A fun pizza party enjoyed together with friends old and new.
• Gentle, calming cooldowns to wind down the evening feeling relaxed, happy, and centered.
• All supplies provided: Yoga mats and props are fully provided; just have kids wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a water bottle.
• A well-deserved break for parents to enjoy two worry-free hours to recharge or get things done!
