I'm organising a relaxed, informal get-together for local parent carers to connect, share experiences and hopefully start building a lovely supportive community around each other.
Whether you're struggling with EHCPs, social care, education, respite, assessments or simply accessing the support your family needs, you're welcome.
And if you don't need advice or guidance but just fancy a cuppa, some cake and a chat with people who get it, that's absolutely fine too!

I'm a parent carer myself, and I know how lonely, frustrating and exhausting navigating these systems can sometimes feel.
I don't have all the answers, but I do believe we have a wealth of knowledge and experience between us.
This isn't a formal meeting or professional advice service. It's simply a welcoming, judgement-free space where we can support each other.
