🎃 HPF Trunk or Treat in Paradise — Volunteer Registration

Event Description
Join the Historic Paradise Foundation (HPF) for Trunk or Treat in Paradise! We welcome students, community members, families, businesses, churches, civic organizations, and other community partners to help create a safe, fun, and memorable Halloween experience for our youth.
There are several ways to participate:
- Decorate your trunk: Transform your vehicle into a fun, festive, or spooky Halloween display.
- Dress up: Wear a Halloween costume and help make the event exciting for our youth.
- Donate candy: Provide individually wrapped, store-bought candy.
- Donate small toys: Provide new, kid-friendly, non-food giveaways.
- Combine activities: Decorate your vehicle, dress up, and distribute candy and/or toys.
Youth and Volunteer Safety Come First!
All participants are expected to follow HPF volunteer instructions and safety procedures. Candy and toys must be new, appropriate for children, and distributed responsibly. Homemade treats, opened packages, and items that could present a choking or injury hazard are not permitted. Please do not bring weapons, realistic weapon props, or other unsafe costume accessories.
Vehicle displays must be securely set up, and vehicles must remain parked throughout the event. Volunteers must follow directions regarding traffic, pedestrian movement, child supervision, and distribution areas. Never leave children unattended or take photos of youth without proper authorization.
Please register below and indicate how you plan to participate so HPF can prepare supplies, parking arrangements, and volunteer assignments.
