Panorama - Performing the Music of The CarsSunday, November 8 | Showtime 5PM | Neptune's Cape Cod, 541 Main St, Hyannis
Panorama, five talented musicians from the Boston metro area - Gary Agresti, Darren Muise, Darin Ames, Jeff Ares and Ken Marchione - bring back the magic of The Cars by skillfully recreating the arrangements with passion and accuracy. Panorama transports the audience back to the time when spinning LP's ruled the airwaves and new wave music shook the concert halls with excitement.
The Cars need no introduction. Their music sounds as fresh today as it did when it was first released. The Cars were an American rock band formed in Boston in 1976. Emerging from the new wave scene in the late 1970s, the line-up consisted of singer, rhythm guitarist, and songwriter Ric Ocasek; bassist and singer Benjamin Orr; lead guitarist Elliot Easton; keyboardist Greg Hawkes and drummer David Robinson.
