About this Event
Pan London PCREF 2026 Conference
A pan-London event bringing together London's mental health trusts to share collective Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF) work in one room.
The conference follows the patient pathway — Arriving, Being in care, Moving on, and Leading together — with sessions co-chaired by service users, carers and senior leaders. Themes are anchored in NHS England's official PCREF framework: Leadership and Governance, National Organisational Competencies, and Patient and Carers Feedback Mechanisms.
Highlights include lived experience keynotes, a racial trauma workshop co-developed with service users and carers, trust showcases, and real-time feedback using Mentimeter. The voluntary sector is embedded throughout, with partners including Black Thrive.
Accessibility information:
- Lift access to all floors — both conference rooms are wheelchair accessible
- Quiet room available on request
- Step-free access assistance available
- Dietary requirements can be accommodated — please specify when registering
