Paintings, Poetry and Pausing
Join us fo an unhurried day at the Art Intitute of Chicago, where paintings, poetry, and pausing create space for reflection, discovery and connection. The expierence includes guided meditation, gallery exploration with Gigi Vaffis, poetic reflections with Nancy J Hill from her book, Soul Echoes, journaling, and private tea at Russian Tea Time. That will be our time to share observations, share more poetry readings, and enjoy the experieince together.
The $145 fee includes:
- Guided meditation
- Gallery exploration with Gigi Vaffis
- Poetic reflections with Nancy J. Hill
- Time for journaling and personal reflecting
- Private afternoon tea at Russian Tea Time
- A signed copy of Nancy's poetry collection Soul Echoes
Museum admission is separate and we do have some passes available. We meet at 11:15 at the Monroe Street entrance to the Art Institue, it is is near the Millennium Park Garage.

11:45 a.m. — Paintings and poetry in the galleries, including interactive readings, guided discussion, and shared reflections nancy and Gigi
1:00 p.m. — Creative writing prompts and personal reflection.
3:00 p.m. — Walk to Russian Tea Time a block away
3:30 p.m. — Tea, special treats, conversation, and additional poetry readings in a reserved space
5:30 p.m. — Event concludes
