Discover the vibrant versatility of pastels as a medium for capturing the raw energy of land and sea. This workshop is designed to help you move beyond traditional drawing and embrace the fluid, painterly potential of pastels to create evocative, expressive works of art.
Whether you are a beginner looking to master the basics or an artist looking for inspiration, this session offers a comprehensive exploration of the medium. This workshop is led by Sandra, owner and curator of the Bowery. With over two decades of experience as a secondary school art teacher and museum educator, Sandra brings a unique blend of academic rigour and gallery-honed insight to her teaching.
Please note that we will take a short lunch break of approximately 20 minutes at 12:30 PM. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, head off-site, or enjoy a 10% discount at our coffee shop.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All tickets are non -refundable.
We are able to provide credit / transfer onto another course or workshop if there is two or more weeks’ notice.
Within a two-week period, under no circumstances can we transfer you onto another event. We have incurred material costs & committed numbers to the tutor.
