About this Event
Paint Your Own Photo at Vullow Studios 🎨
Turn a favourite memory into a painting you made yourself. Join us inside WIHH Gallery in central Amsterdam for a creative workshop where light guides your brush, one colour at a time.
No painting experience? You’re in the right place.
How it works
Choose a photo of someone you love, your favourite pet or yourself, and turn it into a painting of your own. Our AI simplifies your photo into six colour areas, which are projected onto your canvas one at a time. Follow the light and watch a familiar face come to life, brushstroke by brushstroke.
Think paint by numbers, but with your own photo and light instead of numbers. You do the painting yourself, and each brushstroke makes it yours.
What’s included
- Around two to three hours of guided painting
- Your own canvas, paint and brushes
- AI preparation of your photo and step-by-step light projection
- A personal artwork to take home
Come with friends, bring a date, make it a family afternoon or enjoy some creative time for yourself. You don’t need to bring any painting supplies, just a photo you’d love to turn into art.
