Paint & Sip for the Postpartum YOU
Join us for a fun and relaxing in-person event where you can unleash your creativity and enjoy some well-deserved 'me-time' and company of people who get it. Whether you're a few months or a year postpartum, this is your chance to paint, sip, and connect with others in the same season of life. And we are planning to paint vulvas!! We will talk about how pregnancy, birth and postpartum have changed our bodies, about desire and intimacy and feeling like a stranger in your own skin, about all the stuff nobody warned us about and nobody seems to want to say out loud. Nothing is off limits!
Dr. Courtney Trocinski (pelvic floor therapist & birth doula) + Bozhena Evans (LCSW & sex therapist) will be joining forces to answer any questions about postpartum life, feeling at home in your body again, and rediscovering your sexuality. Bring your friends or come solo – either way, let's celebrate the postpartum YOU! Space is limited, so we recommended saving your spot early!
