Paint a vision board to embody your enlightened, higher self! 🧘♀️ ✨In order to become your highest self, you must fully capture their energy. This means shifting your inner narrative, letting go of old limitations, and consciously choosing how you want to show up in the world.
Led by expressionist painter Hana Balenastre, this reflective experience is crafted to help you align with your inner truth.
Together, we will discuss the power of your self-concept, acknowledge your current beliefs, and consciously step into your truest identity.
To help you channel and embody your divine self, you will be guided through these reflective prompts:
1\. What does your higher self feel like? How do they act?
2\. What do they believe about themselves? How do they view their life?
3\. What does your higher self look like? What does your dream life look like?
4\. If they could tell you just one thing right now, what would they say?
Whether you are an experienced artist or picking up a brush for the very first time, this beginner-friendly workshop is open to all.
Doors open at 7:00 PM for a complimentary snack and beverage. We will begin at 7:30 PM. Show up exactly as you are, ready to create, connect, and step into your higher self!
