Paella Week begins January 23 with the Kickoff Party and concludes January 31, 2027. Miami’s top 10 restaurants featuring cuisine from Spain offer paella, tapas, wine tastings, classes, and so much more. The celebration culminates with the U.S. Paella Championship & Miami Seafood Festival on January 30–31, 2027.
