Oxford North – the city’s ‘new innovation district’

Oxford North’s Red Hall is the prominent centrepiece of what is intended to be a globally significant innovation district, with a focus on companies in areas such as AI, quantum computing, biotech and food technology. The first phase is now open with the plan being to create a million sq ft of labs and workspaces and 4500 jobs, plus 480 homes and three new public parks. Join us for a guided tour of this site.
