About this Event
Own Your Story, Own the Room | Untold Career Stories, Networking & Storytelling Masterclass
Amsterdam · Monday 23 November
A job title shows what you do. A résumé shows where you have been. Neither shows what shaped you: the risk you took, the setback you came back from, the choice that changed your direction.
Own Your Story, Own the Room is a live evening in Amsterdam for professionals who want to hear those untold stories, and learn to tell their own with clarity and confidence.
Our October launch brought together leaders and professionals from consulting, big tech, pharma, retail, e-commerce and more. Here’s what they said:
“It was a fantastic event filled with emotional depth and a sense of community.”
— AI & Tech Leader, Senior Consulting Manager
“An extraordinary storytelling event where participants, speakers and hosts were all-in, vulnerable and interested in listening to such wonderful stories.”
— Strategy & Business Operations Leader
“What an inspiring way to spend an evening! Listening to their stories, learning from their experiences, and exchanging ideas was both motivating and energizing.”
— Scientific Researcher
What started as the first event in October has soon become a community of professionals who keep showing up for each other’s stories. This is our second edition, and you’re invited.
Founded by Sangbreeta Moitra, 2× TEDx speaker, public speaking champion and neuroscience-based behaviour-change architect for leaders, this evening brings together live speaker stories, a hands-on storytelling masterclass and an open mic.
