What happens when we allow ourselves to truly connect with others, without losing connection with ourselves?We all have our own ways of moving through life, approaching people, and relating to the world. Some of us naturally reach out, while others prefer to wait for an invitation. Sometimes we find it easy to connect, and other times, even when we want to, we don't quite know how.
This will be experiential workshop where we explore the art of dancing together, while staying connected to ourselves.
Through playful movement exercises, individual and group explorations, moments of stillness, and free dance, we'll discover different ways of meeting ourselves and each other.
We'll play with leading and following, giving and receiving, approaching and stepping away, expressing our boundaries, and finding the freedom to simply be ourselves in connection.
There is no right or wrong way to move, no choreography to learn, and nothing you need to achieve.
Just an invitation to be curious, explore, have fun, and perhaps discover something about yourself that goes beyond the dance floor.
Whether you're a regular Ecstatic Dance participant or completely new to conscious movement, you're very welcome!
Come as you are, with your curiosity, your playfulness, and your willingness to explore.
Let's dance, connect, and discover what becomes possible when we meet each other from a place of presence and freedom.
