Join us on the 4th Saturday of the month this summer for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience at beautiful Balderdash Cellars in Richmond, MA.Surrounded by Berkshire views and fresh country air, this all-levels class offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself in nature before the winery opens at noon.
Together we'll move through a mindful, all-levels yoga flow designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and presence. Whether you're newer to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this welcoming outdoor practice is a beautiful way to begin your weekend.
