Join us to run, jog ruck, hike or walk every Wednesday evening at Out West Training in Fruita. This is an open club for the community, all ages and abilities welcome. We will have coach led warm ups, refreshments, and recovery area with foam rollers, compression, and more!
One Saturday a month we will hit the trails, runners, hikers and fur babies welcome. Bring a pack and ruck to train for hunting season!
