Join us Sunday, October 18th for an evening dedicated to suicide prevention, remembrance, hope, and reminding people that no one should have to walk through the darkness alone.Hosted by F3 Plainfield and presented by Plainfield Township, the Out of the Black 5K Sunset Walk/Ruck brings our community together to walk for those we’ve lost, those who are struggling, and those who are still fighting.

Check in at 4pm, opening ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, with the walk/ruck beginning at 5:00 PM at the Plainfield Township Admin Center/Turtle Lake. We’ll finish together at sunset with a candlelit closing ceremony.
All proceeds benefit NAMI & AllenForce, supporting mental health awareness, suicide prevention, veterans, and families in our community.
Come walk. Come ruck. Come remember someone you love. Come support someone who may need to know they’re not alone.
