An Original One-Act Play Created by Southwest Tennessee Community College Students runs October 22 - 24
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — What happens when a group of artists starts with a blank page? Find out when Do You Hear Me? comes to the stage for three performances on October 22, 23, and 24 at 7 p.m. at the Union Campus Bookstore. Do You Hear Me? is an original one-act play created by a cast of Southwest Tennessee Community College students led by adjunct theatre professor Julia Hinson. Developed through a collaborative creative process, Do You Hear Me? brings student voices, ideas, and experiences to life through ensemble-driven storytelling. The play explores the courage it takes to confront the unknown. It is a journey of self-discovery to grow into a more authentic, empowered version of ourselves. Join us for an original work shaped by the imagination and creativity of the artists who bring it to the stage. Free to faculty, staff, students, and the general public. Performances: October 22 - 24 at 7 p.m.
