Core Connexion is a somatic movement and expressive arts practice. With a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, it offers in-depth practices to work effectively and playfully with body awareness, movement, and creativity to foster well-being for yourself and your community. Core Connexion is for those who are wanting more meaningful movement, connection with your inner world, and connection with a community. No movement or dance experience required.In this series we will explore the 8 Core Connexion Keys, alternating facilitators, and caring for the space as a team.All experience levels welcome. Each week the facilitators Nadia and Mara will alternate facilitation through the keys and Sanna Darby is our Team Support. We will all co-teach on some of the days through the series.
