About this Event
Great minds think differently!
If you are a thriving professional with big-picture thinking, deep curiosity and a knack for connecting the dots, this sensory-immersive space is for you.
In honour of ADHD Awareness Month, Room to Think is an immersive lunch-hour gathering for neurodivergent professionals, ADHDers, allies and anyone interested in the many different ways people think, lead, create and do great work.
Feel free to bring your own lunch (refreshments provided) and join us for expert-facilitated conversations, practical workplace ideas and genuine connection with professionals from across industries. We’ll explore neurodiversity at work, communication, regulation, workplace environments, personal systems and the different approaches people use to do their best work.
More than anything, this is a chance to meet people who get it. Because sometimes the most valuable support is simply being in a room with others who think a little like you!
The space will be intentionally sensory-considered, (no office fluorescent lighting), a relaxed atmosphere designed for conversation and connection.
And because this is a MEKSES series event, hospitality is part of the experience.
Traditional Ethiopian coffee will be provided.
Drop by for a few minutes or stay for the full conversation.
Bring your lunch, we’ll handle the afternoon caffeine!
