You are invited to the opening of Anya Sinclair's latest exhibition.Will-O'-the-Wisp captures the ethereal and otherworldly qualities of Aotearoa's streams and wetlands in painterly form. The loose brushwork and soft focus of the images give the works an ambient quality in which identifiable details of the locations become abstract. As such, the rays of light streaming through the bushes and reflecting off the water's
surface creates moments of quiet contemplation or stepping into the unknown.
