On 2-4 Feb 2027, the OpenID Foundation will host its inaugural conference in London, UK.
We are bringing the world’s leading experts and ambitious builders together to advance ecosystems – and progress the standards they depend on.
Our focus is clear: how can we use standards and technology to advance, scale and drive adoption across digital identity and credential ecosystems?
This conference is dedicated to driving ecosystem adoption and scale while progressing the work of standards. To those ends, we are bringing our community together with ecosystem leaders, regulators, companies, and fellow standards bodies to share practical lessons, build connections and progress the work of trusted identity and open data ecosystems.
What’s planned?
- 2 February — Advance Ecosystems: Hear from leaders behind some of the world’s most ambitious identity and open data ecosystems, exploring the challenges and opportunities of driving adoption and scale.
- 3–4 February — Progress Standards: Take part in Working Group meetings, collaboration across groups and standards bodies, interoperability events, demonstrations, hackathons and use case discussions.
From digital credentials and signal sharing to open finance, enterprise security, and agentic identity, the conference offers an opportunity to connect the development of standards with their practical implementation.
