About this Event
Join us for every 2nd Friday from 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 4th Friday from 12:00pm - 4:00pm for Open Studio! Our studio is available to everyone during our Open Studio hours, and we extend a warm invitation to all who support our mission to provide survivors of SV with inclusive art making experiences that encourages healing. No RSVP needed, just stop on by anytime between 12-8pm and bring a friend!
This is a free event, but...
A chance to donate is available at checkout if you choose to RSVP. Your support helps Awakenings continue providing free, trauma-informed art programs for survivors in our community. Your extra support helps keep our doors open for those who need healing spaces most.
If you haven't been to our space before, you will be greeted by one of our staff members upon arrival and given a short tour around the studio. No art experience or professional background is needed. Bring your own project or explore the art supplies we have available for free. We’ll also have creative prompts to spark your inspiration! ✨
The focus of our Open Studio hours is giving individuals in our community unstructured, unfacilitated time to be together and create art.
There are two steps to enter the building. Dial 012 on the call box and we will buzz you in! Go up the stairs or front elevator to the 2nd floor, we are the last door on the right.
If you utilize a wheelchair, please email or call Awakenings ahead of your arrival and a staff member can direct you up to the studio in our freight elevator.
