About this Event
First Saturday is a small group of business owners, co-owners and leaders who meet in person once a month to work on the business, not in it.
Each session follows the same rhythm:
- Report back. Each member shares progress on last month’s three actions.
- Learn one skill. We work through one part of The Growth Coach’s Sales Mastery curriculum and Strategic Mindset process, covering sales, leading and managing people, delegation, and how you spend your time.
- Apply it. You work the topic on your own business in your workbook and Strategic Planner.
- Commit. You leave with three actions for the month and an accountability partner who checks in between sessions.
Every 90 days, we review what you finished and set your next five goals.
Format: About 10 members. First Saturday of each month, 8:00 to 11:00 AM, at Mox-e in the South Loop. Doors open at 7:45. An optional online check-in on the third Saturday is available as an add-on.
Membership: $249/month at the launch rate (regularly $299). Includes the Cloverleaf DISC assessment and debrief, workbook, Strategic Planner, an accountability partner and the members-only community. Month to month; cancel anytime.
