Welcome to Port Veritas! We meet every Tuesday night in person at Double House Arts Collective 122 Spring St #1 in Portland AND online. We typically end by 8:30 pm EST, but we have the space until 9 pm EST.In person friends, please remain masked in the building. If you are reading, you may take off your mask only while reading.
Double House Arts has an accessible ramp at the back entrance, and four low steps with railings at the front entrance on Spring Street. Please contact PV organizers in advance if you need the the ramp entrance.

Miriam “Myri” Ibhade Uduebor (pronouns: they/them & she/her) is a Black, Nigerian American, queer artist, learner, and healer/physician who loves the energy, creative expression, and healing power of poetry. They have participated in multiple poetry events from co-leading poetry workshops to performing live and virtual readings to having her poems published. Traveling from Karankawa land in the South Texas region, Myri has been living on Wabanaki land for over 8 years and is excited to be a part of more artistic adventures in the Maine community.
