About this Event

WELLBEING WEEK

A week of space to slow down, move, breathe, rest, connect, and just be.

Across the week, Fiery Hearts CIC is bringing together a series of community wellbeing sessions exploring movement, mindfulness, sound, creativity, reflection, rest, and connection. Each session has its own unique flavour, guided by a different facilitator and theme, while sharing the same intention of creating welcoming spaces that help us feel a little more grounded, open, and connected.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, whether this is completely new to you or already part of your life, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

💛 THIS SESSION: OPEN HEARTS

A Wellbeing Retreat for Everyone

Open Hearts is a nourishing session designed to help us soften, open, and reconnect through movement, breath, and rest.

The afternoon blends heart-opening Yoga, gentle dynamic movement, slower restorative practices, breathwork, meditation, and an immersive sound bath. Expect a grounding and supportive space to slow down, release tension, and settle into deeper calm and connection.

🌿 About your Facilitator

This session will be guided by Annabel Wigginton.

Annabel is passionate about making yoga accessible for all, inviting students to drop self judgements and drop into a place of self acceptance. Making yoga a sustainable and healing practice, that can offer peace and support on a daily basis. Having grown up in Devon, her classes often have a earthy feel to them, with flowing movements and using music to create an atmospheric and meditative experience. Annabel offers a calm, peaceful and sometimes playful environment where you can feel at home and at one.
