One Heart Light offers meditation to sooth, actualize, and enhance every part of modern life. The event includes guided One Heart Light Meditation, suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, the Heart Light Blessing Field, for deep meditation benefits, and exquisite music and silence. One Heart Light: Meditation & Blessing events deliver exactly what we need every time!
Seating is limited, so pre-register. Chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis. Yoga props and blocks are provided. You are welcome to bring a blanket or additional cushions for comfort. Experience journals (digital or paper) are recommended to unpack everything that you experience.
** No shoes are allowed in the meditation hall. You can place your shoes in convenient storage.
Cost (Love Offering): $10-$20 (Venmo (@ryan-luken-1), PayPal, Eventbrite Donation, and Cash)
Time: 7:45-9:00 pm (Arrive 7:35-7:45 pm to check in)
** Arrivals after 7:45 may NOT be admitted.

Remember: Pre-Register with Love Donation to secure your seat. The event begins and ends promptly, so be on time. Doors will be locked shortly after the event starts.

One Heart Light will follow CDC, State and local health orders regarding COVID-19 during all events.
