Then, we welcome Amy & Dominic Chappellet of the iconic @chappellet_winery for an intimate four-course dinner from Chef @brianpaolina, thoughtfully paired with wines from their celebrated Pritchard Hill estate. And the journey continues beyond Napa with Master Sommelier @emmanuelkemiji, who will introduce guests to @estacabacanora and the story of Bacanora, the remarkable agave spirit of Sonora.
