Morning practice (2 hours) - The therapeutic practices of hatha yoga are interwoven with somatic movement as a way to connect the mind and body with moment to moment awareness.
Lunch - A vegetarian Sri Lankan feast
Evening practice (1.5 hours) - A unique blend of restorative yoga, gentle micro-movements, breath work & guided relaxation, designed to facilitate deep rest.
Everyone is welcome to attend, from the beginner to the improver, this is an event that is inclusive of all genders and identities.
