After over a decade of memories, projects, and good times, I’m officially handing over the keys to 98 DeKalb next week. Before closing day arrives and the house goes empty, we’re sending it off the only right way: an all-out, no-rules, Nicky-style house party.The sound system will be running, the wood fire pit will be lit outside, and the grill will be fired up all day and night. Show up whenever, bring whatever food you want to throw over the fire, and bring your own vision of what makes a great night. The paper plates, cups, and utensils are covered; you just need to bring yourself, your crew, and whatever you want to drink or grill.
Open door, open house, and zero schedule. If you want to crash on the floor overnight Nicky-style, throw a sleeping mat in your car and claim some floor space.

When: Kicks off Saturday afternoon and rolls straight through Sunday—head out whenever you wake up.
