Step into the German farmhouse experience in Downtown Anderson! Join us for a day of fun with craft beer, hearty food, and festivities the whole family can enjoy. (Outdoor seating available for pups!)

12 PM – Sauerkraut Workshop - Join Carolina Bauernhaus' Chief Flora Farmer David Thornton for a sauerkraut workshop. Learn the basics for fermenting your own kraut at home and take home a jar to enjoy. Your ticket will include the workshop, one beverage, and a pickle / kraut tasting.
2 PM - Doors open for all! Kick it off with Bauernhaus brews, warm pretzels, brats, and farm-to-fire pizzas, plus BINGO. Free to play!
3 PM - Live music from David Donar and David Thornton.
5 PM – Stein Hoist Competition - Think you can beat out the rest with your stein lifting skills? Who can hold out?
After 5 PM – Feel free to hang out in our taproom or biergarten until 10 PM.
