About this Event
This gathering invites a gentle surrender into the realm of senses and spirit as we honor the sacred passage into spring—a season in which the body begins its slow unfurling from winter’s stillness, rising gradually from the depths of becoming toward the light of being.
Spring is the season of the Wood element—a subtle stirring of inspiration, and a time for tending the roots of what is quietly emerging, restoring our sense of unity with the earth and the elements.
Natalya will orchestrate an ambient soundscape to support nervous system soothing, echoing the subtle energetics of the spring season.
Ashley will guide a seasonally inspired medicinal movement ritual rooted in Chinese Medicine cosmology and infused with poetry and philosophy, inviting the inner currents of energy, emotion, and inspiration to flow freely.
Format
• 90-minute offering• Doors open 15 minutes before the event• 15 minutes of tea and arrival with Natalya• 75-minute ritual movement immersion• Closing and departure
What to Bring
• Yoga mat• Comfortable clothing for fluid movement into restorative shapes• Water for hydration• Optional: eye mask for final rest, shawl, or blanket
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.We will begin promptly. To honor the experience of all guests, the doors will be locked five minutes after the start time to prevent disruption.
