Makivka is a Ukrainian vocal ensemble founded in Amsterdam, bringing the beauty of Ukrainian polyphony to audiences in the Netherlands. Through traditional ritual songs, archaic carols, and lyrical works, we share the richness of Ukrainian culture and create space for connection and understanding. Our performances also raise funds in support of Ukraine and its fight for independence.
