Odoms & Sons BBQ Thanksgiving Pre Order Tuesday Pick Up

Ordering:

• This is a pre-order only event. Placing a pre-order is the only way to guarantee your meal.
• Only the items listed for purchase are available for sale.

Deadlines and Pick-Up:

• Pre-Order Deadline: Thursday, November 19th at 5pm, or when items have reach their sell capacity.
• Pick-Up Start Time: Tuesday, November 24th, starting at 1:00PM.
• No food can be picked up earlier than the list date and time (No exceptions).
• Orders that are not picked up by 6:30PM on Wednesday will be forfeited, with no refunds or future pickups available.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be requested by November 21st.
• Request cancellations via direct message on Instagram (@odomsandsonsbbq) or by emailing [email protected].

Other Notes:

• Reheating instructions will be provided with each order and can also be found on social media.
• Please note that there may be a small wait time when coming to pick up your food while we prepare your order.
• Thanksgiving Pickup Notice: All Thanksgiving items are fully cooked and packaged chilled for food safety and freshness. Items are intended to be reheated at home prior to serving. Heating instructions will be provided.
