Our Denver Women’s Circles are designed to be an antidote to forced small talk. Come as you are—whether you're processing a life transition, looking for deep female friendships, or just need a safe space to breathe.

This circle is an invitation to put down the expectations, the overthinking and the pressure to do personal growth “right” for a little while and simply come be a woman with other women.
We’ll laugh. We’ll play. We’ll move. We’ll connect.
Expect playful activities, meaningful conversation, moments of spontaneity and plenty of opportunities to connect with the women around you in a way that feels natural, not forced.
Because connection doesn’t always have to happen through deep processing.
Sometimes it happens through a belly laugh.

Meet Angela:
Hello! I'm Angela and I'm so happy you are here.
I'm a somatic coach passionate about helping women move from survival mode into conscious, connected living.
I created these events because I saw how many women were doing personal growth work alone; without the space to truly be seen, supported and understood.
I know, from lived experience, to fully heal, we do so in relation to one another as humans. I've created this space for that purpose, human connection.
