October Women's Circle Gathering: Play + Connection

ARRIVE → PLAY → CONNECT → EMBODY → REFLECT
You can be struggling AND joyful.
You can be vulnerable AND playful.
You can be deep AND silly.
This circle is an invitation to put down the expectations, the overthinking and the pressure to do personal growth “right” for a little while and simply come be a woman with other women.
We’ll laugh. We’ll play. We’ll move. We’ll connect. We’ll probably get a little weird.
Expect playful activities, meaningful conversation, moments of spontaneity and plenty of opportunities to connect with the women around you in a way that feels natural, not forced.
Because connection doesn’t always have to happen through deep processing.
Sometimes it happens through a belly laugh.
A ridiculous game.
A shared story.
Movement in community.
Being witnessed exactly as you are.
