Sound + Receivea sound immersion for caregivers.
Caring for others can be meaningful and also deeply demanding.
This is a space to come as you are, alongside others who understand, without needing to explain.
We’ll begin with a simple, optional check-in and move into a restorative sound immersion using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gong to support rest and nervous system reset.
You are not asked to give here.

What to bring:
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided and will be set up for you upon your arrival. One less thing to think about.
We do encourage you to bring your favorite blanket, pillow and eye mask. Anything and everything that helps you feel most comfortable because your comfort is most important. You are free to lie down or remain seated.
