About this Event

Young Chefs! Half term children’s cookery workshops

Explore exciting ingredients, new flavours and have fun getting hands on in the kitchen in a chilled two-hour workshop with chef Helen Lawrence.

Learn how to use spices, stirring up an Indian vegetable and paneer curry with homemade naan bread and bake your own fruity chocolate chip muffins for pudding!

You’ll be able to take home what you’ve made at the end of the workshop.

Each ticket covers one child and we’ll have the coffee pot on the go for the accompanying grown ups!

This workshop is recommended for children aged 6 -12 years old.

The recommended ticket price (£25) covers our ingredients, equipment, venue and our team's time. We want to inspire as many young people as we can to cook so if the recommended ticket price is out of reach, or you’d like to pay more to gift-forward opportunities for more children, please select your own amount.

A note on dietary requirements and allergies

All the recipes we cook will be vegetarian. As this is a group activity it may be tricky to cater for specific dietary requirements.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, seeds, gluten, milk and eggs are handled, so we can’t guarantee any item is completely free from allergens. We’re happy to share the ingredients for the recipes before you book. Please email [email protected]
