HUNTER'S MOON SOUND BATH I invite you to one hour of deep relaxation and rest, held in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
On October 26th, we welcome the Hunter's Moon, the traditional name given to the full moon of October.
While September invites us to celebrate the abundance we've gathered, October can be a moment to pause, take stock and decide what we want to carry forward.
It carries themes of :
* Inner strength and grounding
* Preparing for the season ahead
* Making space for what truly matters
Is this for you ?
If you feel stressed or tired...
If you find it difficult to truly take a break...
If you spend too much time on screens...
Or if you simply don't have time for a 3-hour wellness retreat, but need a moment to slow down and breathe...
Come and give yourself one hour to pause, disconnect and simply rest.
