One Last Session for 2026!
THE DUBQUAKE EXPERIENCE
O.B.F.’s Dubquake sessions are the stuff of legend.
When O.B.F. comes to town, it’s an experience like no other.
Emerging from Geneva’s underground squat-party culture, O.B.F.—Original Bass Foundation—has spent more than two decades helping shape modern dub.
Producer and selector Rico fuses Jamaican reggae foundations, militant UK steppers, dancehall and electronic bass music into an unmistakable sound, built for MAXIMUM impact on a sound system.
Through their legendary Dubquake nights, independent Dubquake Records label and collaborations with artists like Charlie P, Sr. Wilson, Belén Natalí and the late Nazamba, O.B.F. has become the defining force in contemporary sound system culture.
At the controls, Rico brings explosive energy: vocal anthems, heavyweight steppers, raw dub pressure and basslines that demand movement - the kinda stuff you tell your grandkids about.
After more than two decades, Australian audiences finally get to experience it here.
WELCOME TO THE PRESSUREBOX.
Red Earth × Traction are bringing their stacks together inside The Rechabite, with the expanded Red Earth system revealed for the very first time.
A special moment for everyone who has helped build this culture in WA - and an open invitation to anyone ready for their first session.
WHAT A WAY TO END THE YEAR.
Gather your crew for one last heavyweight dance before the year is out - we've kept the best for last!
