Join us for an afternoon of fun, fitness, and community at the Oakland Jump Rope Meetup! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced jumper, everyone is welcome.

• Jump rope instruction for all skill levels• Fit-Boots demonstrations and opportunities to try them• Double Dutch and freestyle jumping• Fun challenges and prizes• Meet other jump rope enthusiasts and make new friends

To help us prepare enough equipment and prizes, please register in advance.
If you plan to participate in the jump rope challenges or compete for prizes, reserving your spot helps us make sure we have enough jump ropes available.
Want to Try the Fit-Boots?
If you’d like to jump in the Fit-Boots, please send us your shoe size after registering.
We’ll only bring enough boots for participants who let us know ahead of time.
What to Bring
✔ Water bottle (recommended)✔ Sweat towel✔ Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes✔ A positive attitude and lots of energy!
Drinks Available
We’ll have water and Gatorade available for purchase if you need refreshments during the meetup.
