About the Event:
"Are you a wellbeing practitioner or therapist looking for nurturing and support with like-minded others? Come and join us for regular informal gatherings tied in with the Celtic calendar to nourish yourself, connect with others and share expertise. These are great times to set intentions and reflect on the previous cycle. Each session will begin with a settling practice which may involve meditation, a gentle yoga flow, journalling and chanting depending on the energy of the group. This will be followed with a sharing circle - each person will have a chance to share anything from their work and practice with the group - we may then split off into smaller groups for focused discussions depending on the needs of the group. After this, the circle will close with tea and chats with plenty of opportunites for forming connections, potential collaborations and sharing ideas. You may bring a notebook and snacks to share. Props and blankets are available at the centre."

Emily is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist and writer based in Edinburgh. She weaves her therapeutic practice with gentle yoga and journalling in the form of workshops, classes and 1-1 sessions. She is curious about the deeper yogic philosophies and continuously aspires to develop her practice through understanding ancient texts such as The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and enjoys discussing these ideas with others.

If you rarely spend on extras or feel stressed about meeting basic needs, this tier exists so that you can still participate. Your presence matters, and you are welcome here.

- Generous Tier 3 - This option is for those with a comfortable income or savings, who may own their home or have access to family wealth. You might go on holidays, eat out regularly, or shop for pleasure. Contributing at this tier helps support the wider community and those accessing the concession rate.
