Angela is a senior leader with more than 30 years’ experience across health, social care and international development. Her career began as a public health field officer across East and Southern Africa, shaping a lifelong commitment to people, equity and purposeful leadership.

She has held board‑level and executive roles across UK health systems, local government and international programmes, contributing to governance, quality, strategy and organisational resilience. Today, Angela is the CEO of ACT Health Ltd, supporting STEM organisations and their HR and talent‑specialist partners to strengthen workforce resilience and people‑centred risk management.

Her work is anchored in a clear purpose: advancing the health and wellbeing of people, families and organisations in a post‑Covid, AI‑driven world.
