This month we'll be meeting to discuss October's pick: The Lamb by Lucy Rose. This haunting literary novel explores motherhood, hunger, isolation, and the blurred lines between love and monstrosity. The Lamb follows a young girl growing up in an isolated home with her mother, where tenderness and violence intertwine and the boundaries of family, identity, and morality become increasingly unsettling.
