Monthly Grief Support Group: Finding Hope in Grief
Join us at JBS Aroma Café for our monthly grief support group: a safe, welcoming space for anyone experiencing grief and loss.
Our November gathering will focus on finding and building hope while navigating grief. Together, we’ll create Hope Jars and participate in our “Light in My Grief” exercise, offering gentle opportunities for reflection, connection, and remembering the things that help carry us through difficult moments.
This group is a place to share your story, listen to others, or simply be present with people who understand. There is no judgment, no pressure, and no expectation to grieve a certain way: just a loving, accepting community where you can come as you are.
☕ Free food and beverages will be available to all attendees.
Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, you are welcome here. Come connect, reflect, create, and find a little light together.
We hope to see you there. 💛
