About this Event
Please join us at PNCA for exhibition openings, performances, and refreshments.
Welcoming our neighbors from near and far, First Thursdays in the North Park Blocks are an opportunity to come together in celebration of art, joy and community. First Thursdays are a vital part of the cultural ecosystem of Portland. For decades, these monthly events have been a highlight of nightlife in the Pearl District and North Park Blocks, increasing cultural connection and retail activation downtown.
Argyle The Art of Sparkling Opening Reception + Wine Tasting
Each year, three PNCA student artists are selected for the Argyle, Art Of Sparkling internship. Through visits to the vineyards, winery, and Tasting House, the artists immerse themselves in the Argyle story, and create work from their experiences, which are transformed into three original wine labels featured in the Art of Sparkling 3-Bottle Set.
Now celebrating its 11th year of creative collaboration, this year’s collection showcases the work of Ellie Beaver, Kat Wilkerson, and Lee Angelos Valdivia. Come see the work, the bottles, and enjoy a wine tasting.
