November Community Gathering

Join us for our November Community Gathering on November 14th at 4 pm. This month we gather to re-align our mind, body and spirit with our highest selves through meditation, breathwork, movement and journaling. Life’s stresses can throw us out of balance, and this gathering is all about returning to your center and finding joy and presence. You deserve peace, and the answers are already inside you. Bring a journal, an open heart, and we can’t wait to see you at Daya Bushwick on 11/14! This event is by donation.
