Step into an intimate evening thoughtfully designed around wellness, creativity, and connection.
Set within an elegant Brooklyn setting, The Wellness Lab is a two-hour, hands-on botanical experience where guests are invited to slow down, explore beautiful natural ingredients, and create something uniquely their own.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through two signature Nature’s Love Touch™ experiences: Sea Moss Gel Making and Herbal Tea Blending.
With an intentionally limited guest list of just 20 attendees, every detail from the botanical workstations and curated ingredients to the refreshments and take-home creations is designed to feel personal, elevated, and memorable.
This is more than a workshop.
It is an experience created to be enjoyed, shared, and taken home with you.
The Sea Moss Gel Experience
Discover the art of preparing sea moss gel through a guided, hands-on demonstration of the process from proper cleaning and soaking to blending, flavoring, and jarring.
Guests will work with prepared sea moss and select from a thoughtfully curated menu of featured flavors to create a personalized blend.
At the conclusion of the experience, you’ll leave with your own beautifully packaged 16 oz jar of flavored sea moss gel to enjoy at home.
All ingredients, equipment, preparation materials, and guidance are provided.
The Herbal Tea Apothecary
Enter our botanical apothecary and experience tea blending in an entirely different way.
Explore a curated collection of loose-leaf herbs selected for their distinctive aromas, flavors, colors, and traditional culinary uses.
You may recreate one of our Nature’s Love Touch™ Signature Blends or design a blend of your own using our guided botanical blending method:
